The double edge "O" flute offers the same cutting characteristics as the single edge "O" flute, but can provide additional life in some materials.  Two cutting edges reduce chip loads and produce a stronger cross section.  Usually works better on slightly harder plastics.                                                              "L" Indicates Left Hand Rotation
