These tools provide good clean cuts in soft and flexible plastics, as well as aluminum, while allowing the choice of upward or downward chip removal; which can enhance surface finish and part hold down.  Tools which have an "H" behind the part number were manufactured with specific geometry for cutting harder plastics.  Excellent for cutting aluminum!
